I recently had someone ask if she could sell Dresses made from my pattern, I gave her permission and am giving it to all of you. You can sell items made from my patterns at craft fairs and charity events. Please Do Not sell them online. That was my original intention, its hard to find people who will let you sell items made with their patterns. I would like you to be able to use mine. But I would like to be able to sell them online that is why I request you don't.
I've been thinking about this for a long time and the request finally got me off my behind.
I will be changing the little disclaimer at the end of my patterns. So have fun and let me know how it goes.

I did it!! I made 25 sweaters for my challenge and finished 2 weeks ahead! Now I will keep going to see how many I can get done by the end of the month. I have an orange sweater on the needles. I found this great pattern , I'm using two strands of yarn held together. I made one using sugar and cream yarn ( the second picture). That came out nice but I am really like the double stranding.
If you are looking for a place to get cute little buttons (Sharon), go to buttonqueen.com. They have a large selection and some really cute stuff.

I've been busy since my last post. I got all of these sweater sets done and the hats. Last night I casted on for a sock. The pattern is from the Knitting Socks book, the one that is shaped like a sock. I borrowed it from the library. I'm still on the ribbing, I started late so I didn't get too far yet. Well time to go crochet another baby sweater then onto the sock. I only have 5 more sweaters left in my challenge. I sent 2 off to Marine Corps Kids so I guess I have 7 more to make.

I can't believe its been over a week since I posted and all I have to share is this lonely sweater. Its the only thing that actually got finished. Everything I tried to make last week went wrong. I'm not sure how many socks I cast on for and have nothing. Even this little sweater, which is my own pattern got frogged the first time. Apparently I lost count somewhere and the overlap front overlapped the whole sweater. I figured this out while trying to sew on the buttons and couldn't get them to line up. I did manage to crochet some washcloths, simple squares I can do. And knit 2 kids hats this weekend but they are already packed up and I forgot to take pictures.
I'm hoping this next week goes better, knit wise that is. I have a lot I want to get done for next months delivery. Well I guess I should go put that second sleeve on the baby sweater I made today.
It's time for Bella's Babies annual blanket drive. Check out the "Winter is Coming" post at our website.
