Pattern Sizing

I have had a lot of questions about the sizes of my patterns. Since I just estimated sizes I decided to make each pattern exactly as written and measure them. So as it turns out some are larger than I thought. I am going to edit each pattern to add the measurements and actual sizes.
So far I have done the pullover which is really a 6-9 month size. I have also done the Sweater Dress but still have to edit the pattern. So please check back if you make the patterns and are concerned with sizing. Of course your guage will also affect sizing. I will be adding guage too. I don't think there will be a problem if you are making for charity since they need many sizes but it should be more helpful if making for a gift.

I've got a new scarf...

This is my latest knit for me. It is the Farrow Rib Scarf.

I used Ella Rae Classic wool. I got it from the Punk Rock knitters exchange, thanks Deb!!!!

It is knit on size 8 needles and would have been done a lot sooner but I only knit it during my lunch breaks at school. Its a dark plum color, it looks a little washed out from the flash.

I've been busy working away on baby things. I didn't make as much last year as I usually do. Mostly because of school, I'm too tired at night to do much. I'm going to try to be more productive this year. I've also rejoined the Ships Project, making hats and slippers for the soldiers over seas.

I hope everyone has a happy and blessed new year!!!
