New Pattern Links

I have turned all of my baby patterns into google documents. They should be easier to print. I'm going to be adding these links to each pattern so you can either print the pattern from here or just the document. It will take me a little while to edit all the patterns so if you find there is no link to the document give it a day or so.

New Pattern & 7 To Go

I have a new crochet preemie blanket pattern. It is up at the Bella's Babies site.

3 of my UFO's are done. The blanket, this scarf and the Basket Cocoon. I started on the 2nd crochet sock and worked a little on the brioche scarf I am working on.The scarf in the picture is the Sherpa Scarf. It was crocheted. I had to change the pattern a little, it calls for lion suede which has been discontinued. So I used Jiffy. I also did it in hdc instead of single. It should be VERY warm. I am sending it to Pine Ridge Reservation. Its a sample, if the woman I send it to thinks people will wear it then I guess I will be making more.

Space Invaders

I am sitting here in my knitting chair surrounded by 10 UFO's (UnFinished Objects for those of you new to needlework). I have decided to finish every last one of them before I start something new. One should be done tonight. It is a 2 sided scarf that needs to be crocheted together. I read the coolest tip at Lion Brand, you use bobby pins to hold your work together while you sew it up.

I will be counting down the UFO's as I go so stay tuned.
I have moved my Bella's Babies website to another web hosting site, check it out and let me know what you think. I will be adding patterns to that site that are not here on the blog. Don't worry, I'll let you know whenever I add one.

Patriotic Hats

I made these hats for The Ships Project. They are made with Cascade 22o. I bought the yarn to make the Olympic Hat that the athletes wore during the opening ceremonies. The chart was confusing so I decided to make hats for the troops instead. I got all 3 hats out of 1 skein of each color and can probably squeeze out a 4th.
